Moving  Body & Mind

We offer movement classes, that support the body and mind. Weekly classes in Pilates, Reformer and Fitness keep the muscles toned, bones strong and improve endurance . Our Yoga classes - from therapeutics, to dynamic flows and yin provide mobility, elasticity and nervos system balance. Our schedule includes sound healing sessions to provide a dedicated space to slow down and reset.
