Once we confirm we have your lost item, we will contact you to arrange a pickup time. This ensures an organized and efficient visit.
Arrival Time & Late Policy
Doors will be closed once the class begins. We do not allow latecomers to enter after class has started. Opening the door for latecomers means we would need to allocate up to 10 minutes of the instructor’s time to settle you in, which takes away from the rest of the group. This isn’t fair to those who arrive on time and are ready to begin.
We believe in the importance of warm-up and mental preparation before class. Arriving on time ensures you don’t miss out on this critical part of the session. Late arrivals can be disruptive, and making exceptions would mean sacrificing the experience of the rest of the group. For the well-being of everyone, we adhere strictly to our no-late-entry policy.
If you know you’ll be running late, please make sure to arrive early next time to avoid this issue. We also recommend checking the class schedule in advance and planning accordingly to ensure a smooth experience for you and others.

At this moment, we do not offer specific pregnancy-focused classes. However, we can recommend modifications for certain movements if needed. Please let your instructor know about your pregnancy before attending class, so we can accommodate you safely.
